My lunch today was a big plate full of raw and toasted veggies with humus and peanut butter dressing. Great colours and favorite tastes. I have also triedfor the first time chinese red meat radish. I love it and it looks so nice with the pink colour inside. Everything was very easy to prepare. Toasted veggies 30 min in the oven at 200 degree C and the rest just washed and sprinkled with oliv oil and apple vinegar + Hymalayan salt and black pepper.
